Engagement with advertisements or promotional materials does not constitute a binding agreement until a site inspection or consultation has been completed and a formal written quote has been issued.

2. Offers and Promotions

All promotional offers advertised through Meta (Facebook, Instagram), websites, or other platforms are limited-time offers, subject to availability, and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.

Examples may include promotional pricing, seasonal offers, or limited-time discounts.

All prices and inclusions mentioned in promotional material are indicative only and subject to inspection and confirmation. Selected Painting Group Pty Ltd is not responsible for assumptions or misunderstandings based on advertising content.

3. Site Inspection and Pricing

Final pricing is confirmed only after an on-site inspection or consultation.

Pricing may vary depending on factors including but not limited to:

Size of the property or number of rooms

Condition of walls, ceilings, and surfaces

Preparation or repair work required

Paint brand, product, and finish selected

Accessibility of the work area

Project timeline and scheduling requirements

Customers acknowledge that advertised pricing is an estimate and may differ from the final quoted price.

4. Booking, Deposits and Payment

A deposit may be required to secure a project booking and schedule the work. Deposit amounts and payment schedules will be clearly outlined in the formal quote or invoice.

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless Selected Painting Group Pty Ltd is unable to deliver the agreed service.

Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur administrative charges or interest.

5. Scope of Services

Selected Painting Group Pty Ltd provides residential painting services unless otherwise specified.

Services do not include the following unless clearly outlined in the quote:

Structural repairs

Major plastering work

Electrical or plumbing work

Paint stripping or restoration beyond the agreed scope

Work requiring specialised equipment or access not previously discussed

Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope will require a separate quote and written approval.

6. Liability and Warranty

Selected Painting Group Pty Ltd is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden structural issues, or underlying surface problems not visible during inspection.

The business is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including delays caused by weather conditions, access limitations, or third-party interference.

Workmanship warranties apply only to services specifically outlined in the formal quote and do not cover:

Normal wear and tear or fading over time

Damage caused by misuse, moisture, or environmental factors

Surface cracking or peeling due to underlying substrate conditions

Product performance beyond the manufacturer's warranty

7. Consumer Rights and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through communication and mutual agreement before pursuing formal legal action.

All matters are governed by the laws and jurisdiction of Australia.

By requesting a quote, booking a service, or engaging with Selected Painting Group Pty Ltd, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
